When the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation experienced the sudden departure of both their Executive Director and Development Director, On Course teamed up with TACS Executive Transition Services to provide interim leadership until the positions were filled with permanent staff. On Course completed a development audit recommending strategies for increasing contributed income and managed daily fundraising until a permanent Executive Director was hired. On Course then assisted with recruitment and orientation of a permanent Development Director so the Lions can continue to bring life changing assistance to communities across Oregon.
