Oregon Center for Nursing provides the leadership to solve the nursing shortage in Oregon. When OCN needed fundraising leadership, they called On Course. On Course taught board members the key principles of philanthropy and stewardship then helped them to apply what they learned to create an annual plan to grow individual contributions. By uncovering their potential for individual gifts and articulating a stronger, more personal case for support, OCN raised $66,000 for advocacy, innovation and solutions in nursing.
