Thirty-five years of experience has made Edwards Center the gold standard when it comes to promoting independence and quality of life for developmentally disabled adults. In 2007, the increasing demand for services, rapidly growing programs and an executive transition demanded a successful year-end campaign. On Course hit the ground running, working directly with the development staff, On Course implemented one of the most successful campaigns in the organization’s history. By using powerful stories to motivate involvement, focusing on large gifts first, and encouraging donor involvement in the campaign, On Course helped the Edwards team to raise $105,000. More importantly, On Course left Edwards Center with tools and processes to help them repeat the feat in future campaigns.
