On Course helped Bienestar to rediscover their authentic brand by creating key messages that fused a proud history of service with an ambitious vision for the future. By improving the use of images and stories that express the value of their work, Bienestar is making a stronger case than ever for community support. The fundraising makeover doubled the donor prospect list, achieved 100% board and staff giving and culminated in the first board-driven gift club.
